HOW We USe Spotlight
Spotlight sits at the heart of much of our work at Complete Consulting both with individuals and teams. Profiles can form the foundation for everything that follows - giving us a shared and accurate picture of strengths, mindset preferences and identifying when and how developing greater adaptability will make the biggest difference.
Spotlight As a Standalone
You don't need to be on one of our programmes to benefit from Spotlight. We also offer Spotlight as a standalone experience - perfect for individuals who want a deeper understanding of themselves, or teams who want to introduce a shared language of mindset, behaviour and adaptability.

A 90 minute expert debrief session to bring your profile to life and explore simple shifts that can accelerate your performance
