How it works
Our More Than the Title leadership programmes are unique to the organisations and leaders we work with. We start by arranging a call and a discovery phase to understand your specific context and needs before creating a tailored proposal designed around you.
Programmes typically run over a 6 to 12 month period and can be delivered in person, online or a combination of both -whatever works best for you. We often recommend a blend of 1:1 coaching which allows time and space for individual tailored progression alongside group workshops and masterclasses so your colleagues can learn from their shared experiences and support each other back in the work environment.
Many of our programmes feature Spotlight Profiling - this is used to help leaders understand their own unique mindset and behavioural preferences, and to develop their emotional adaptability to maximise their potential and impact.
